Sanctuary Meditations – a gift to the community

If you are in need of some calming meditations, here are some of Carmen’s guided commentaries called The Sanctuary. Carmen was lucky to work last year with a team of people who advised her on trauma-informed guidelines and together they co-created The Sanctuary – a series of meditations that support people to restores a sense of balance. They are designed to help you move from a state of emotional stress to a state of relative inner stillness, from where healing can begin.
